- 2-3 sizes black markers
- Watercolor pencils & markers

Workshop plan:

Introduction (15 minutes): Brief overview of neurographic art and its psychological benefits.
Basic Techniques (30 minutes): Learn how to draw basic neurographic lines and shapes, focusing on smooth transitions and connections.
Guided Practice (30 minutes): Create a personal art piece under the guidance of the instructor, applying the techniques learned.
Exploration and Experimentation (30 minutes): Experiment with different colors and additional elements to enhance your artwork.
Group Discussion and Reflection (15 minutes): Share experiences and insights gained during the creative process.
